Products and previews
Read the selected product's description, card count, separate freebie count, price and version before ordering. Cardence sells independent printed collectibles; listings are not presented as official artist merchandise. Artist and group names belong to their respective owners, and no affiliation or endorsement is claimed.
Preview collages show the designs, not photographs of a packed parcel. Screen and print colours can differ. A full-deck option includes the versions stated for that selection; it is priced separately from buying one version. Surprise-pack designs are selected according to the contents stated on their product pages. A preferred polaroid member is a request, subject to availability.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Indian rupees. The minimum merchandise bag value is ₹149, excluding delivery. Delivery charges are calculated separately and displayed before payment. Prepaid payment is the only payment method offered. A bag or delivery quote does not create a confirmed order. Keep your order and payment references when a purchase is confirmed.
Availability and order information
Stock must be available for the items selected. Provide an accurate email, phone number and complete delivery address, and check the selected versions and mystery-pack choices. If a product or price error prevents fulfilment of a paid order, we will contact you to resolve it, including refunding an unfulfilled order as applicable.
Delivery, cancellation and claims
Processing takes 48 hours after confirmation, followed by an estimated additional 6–7 days in courier transit. Read the complete shipping policy. We do not accept cancellation, return or refund requests for change of mind. Wrong or damaged items are handled under our returns and refunds policy, including the continuous unboxing-video requirement for standard claim review.
Accounts and collection
Keep sign-in codes private. Your collection shows cards assigned to your delivered orders. A locked placeholder does not represent an owned card, a stock reservation or a promise that a design is available.
