Information you provide
When you sign in, we process your email address and account identifier. When you contact us, we receive your message and any order references, photographs or unboxing videos you send. A purchase requires contact, delivery-address, selected-product and payment-status information.
How information is used
We use information to provide account access, maintain your collection, handle orders and delivery, answer questions, investigate wrong or damaged items, prevent duplicate or fraudulent activity, and meet applicable record-keeping obligations.
Service providers
The website uses Render for hosting and Appwrite for account, catalogue and application data services. Shiprocket processes the delivery and parcel details needed for shipping quotes and fulfilment. When online payments are enabled, payment information is processed by the configured payment provider, OriginPay and its payment partners, under their own privacy terms. A shipping quote alone does not confirm a shipment or payment.
We share information with providers only as needed to operate these services. We do not sell customer personal information. We do not ask you to send card security codes, banking passwords or payment OTPs by email or phone.
Browser storage and technical information
Your browser stores your bag locally. Authentication may use cookies or browser storage through Appwrite. Hosting and authentication services may process technical logs, IP addresses and security events. The Appwrite browser SDK is loaded from a third-party content-delivery network, and following external links is subject to those services' privacy practices. We do not add advertising or analytics trackers in this website build.
Retention and requests
We retain information as needed for your account, order fulfilment, support, disputes and applicable legal or accounting requirements. You may contact us to request access, corrections or deletion. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or to resolve an outstanding transaction or dispute.
Unboxing videos
Videos may contain personal details such as your face or shipping label. Send them privately and share only what is needed to assess the claim. We use them for claim review and related dispute handling.
