Processing

Orders are processed within 48 hours after order confirmation. Processing and courier transit are separate stages.

Courier transit

Transit takes an estimated additional 6–7 days after dispatch. Courier serviceability, destination, holidays and operational disruptions can affect arrival. The estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout using your delivery PIN code and package details through Shiprocket. We add no delivery markup: you pay the quoted delivery amount for the courier and parcel selected for your order, shown separately before payment.

We use the same courier and parcel details for quoting and booking. Delivery is offered only where the courier can serve your address. Confirm your PIN code and complete address before placing an order.

Dispatch and delivery issues

When an order is dispatched, we provide the available courier and tracking details. If delivery is delayed, the address needs correcting, or your parcel appears missing, email us with the order number. For wrong or damaged items, follow our returns and refunds policy.

The minimum merchandise bag value is ₹149, excluding delivery. Payment is prepaid only; cash on delivery is not offered.
