Returns & refunds
No cancellations, returns or refunds for change of mind. We accept claims only when the package received contains the wrong items or arrives damaged, subject to applicable consumer rights.
Please record yourself while unboxing every new order. Start filming before opening the sealed package. Show the shipping label, all seals, the entire opening process and every item received. The video must run continuously from start to finish, without cuts, pauses or edits.
If your order is wrong or damaged, email meghamaurya17@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue and the complete uncut unboxing video. If the file is too large to attach, include an accessible video link. Keep the items and packaging until we review your claim. Do not send anything back before receiving return instructions.
We will review the evidence and email the return or refund instructions for an eligible claim. Approved refunds are initiated within 48 hours of approval to the original payment method; the bank or payment provider may take additional time to credit your account. This policy does not limit rights available under applicable consumer law. Read the complete cancellation, returns and refunds policy.
